OM catches up with Audi Gozlan to find out more about his Kabalah Yoga style, which is based on the ancient teachings of kabalah mysticism

Be honest: how many of you have heard ofor know much about Kabalah, beyond Madonna’s reported interest in it? Well, Canada-based instructor Audi Gozlan has blended some of its core tenets with his own lifelong passion for yoga. A long-time soul seeker, his journey into the spiritual traditions started early on in life.

“At age fifteen I had my first meditative experience with my then best friend, Yehuda, who often traveled to India with his family to be with their guru, Swami G., and shared his teachings with me,” he says.

“Together we learned basic Kabalah, while he shared with me pranic breathing. Slowly, through breathing exercises, meditation, and the study of mysticism, I began to develop awareness, breath control, and better focus. These lessons were the seeds that years later would attract me to the practice of yoga and the development of Kabalah Yoga.”
