HAM IT UP
Use up any leftover honey, fennel & chilli roast ham (or the ham stock) from p42 in these recipes
Sticky ham steaks
Carve any leftover spiced ham into thick slices. Pan-fry for 5 mins in sunflower oil until hot, then brush with honey and cook for 1-2 mins more until caramelised. Serve with chips and salad.
Spiced ham rillette
Slice and roughly chop any leftover spiced ham (the fattier bits work well), then tip into a food processor and pulse until the ham clumps together. Spread on toast and top with pickles.
