Research products you want to buy
ChatGPT has a ‘shopping research’ feature that provides information and advice about products you may want to buy. It asks questions to determine exactly what you’re looking for, provides up-to-date information from reliable sources and lets you refine the results.
To use the feature, click or tap the new Research button below ChatGPT’s initial response to your shopping query ( 1 in our screenshot below), then select ‘Get started’ 2 . ChatGPT will begin a more in-depth conversation about the product you want to buy to help you find the best deal. This may include price and availability details, the pros and cons of each recommendation, and relevant buying advice.
