ONLYOFFICE
Customise your keyboard shortcuts
Version 9.2.0 of OnlyOffice, released on 1 December, lets you customise some keyboard shortcuts.
Open any tool within OnlyOffice then click the File tab at the top followed by Advanced Settings ( 1 in our screenshot) at the bottom. Now, on the right, scroll down to the Workspace heading and click Customize to the right of Keyboard Shortcuts 2 .
In the box that appears any keyboard shortcut marked with a padlock can’t be changed. You can try searching for a shortcut that can be changed 3 , though it’s probably easier to scroll down 4 .
When you find a shortcut without a padlock, double-click it, then press the key combination you want to use. This will appear in the blue-ringed box.
If it’s already been taken, OnlyOffice will show you a warning triangle. Click OK to confirm, then close the box and click Apply at the bottom.
