My story
About three years ago I was diagnosed with MS and decided to try and change my lifestyle to show my body and mind an easier way. I began eating a more balanced diet, researched vitamins and began practicing mindfulness and yoga. MS is a challenging and progressing disease yet through daily practice I have gained so much both physically and mentally – it helps the stiffness and the pain and it also gives me a feeling of wellness and calm. In a sense, I feel I am as healthy as can be under the circumstances and it’s empowering knowing I am doing everything I can to look after my body and mind when I need it most. I have only just discovered OM and I love it! It’s informative and varied and I am going to subscribe! Thank you.
