Well, the shops have been taunting children since July with their ‘Back To School’ promotions, just as the kids were relishing the thought of six weeks at home. But now the new school year is really here, and you’re probably either glad to have the little tykes out of your hair again, or annoyed at the extra traffic on the road in rush hour.
