Super circuit
Circuit training is a good way to build strength and improve your fitness levels. A super circuit is when you perform a cardiovascular exercise followed by a strength training exercise.
Warm-up
Stand on the spot and swing your leg forwards and backwards 10 times, followed by 10 times sideways. Extend your arms sideways and rotate your arms. Start with small circles and increase size.
Sets & reps
Cardio exercise: Squat jump for a minute in between each exercise followed by 30-sec rest. Strength exercises: Do each exercise for 45 seconds. Make sure you take 15 seconds to rest after each strength exercise.
Cooldown
Perform a full body stretch starting with your legs and working your way to your upper body.

Increase the working time from one to two minutes.
Squat jumps
AREA TRAINED: Front thighs, back thighs, bottom (quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes)
WHY DO IT? This is a great exercise for improving your cardiovascular fitness.
