CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND-UP

BATLEY BULLDOGS have snapped up brothers David and Joe Gibbons - after their father David and his twin Anthony joined the coaching staff as assistants to Mark Moxon.

David junior, a halfback who turns 22 today (Monday, November 27), played for North Wales this year after spending time in the development systems of Warrington and Leeds - where his father and uncle both played - as well as at Hunslet.

Joe, a backrower who turns 21 next month, has moved from Leeds, after being loaned to Keighley this year.
