HORNBY GOES ‘TT’ – IN A BIG WAY!
Following Peco’s launch of a range of ‘TT:120’ track, points, building kits and accessories earlier this year, modellers had been speculating about which manufacturers would follow with announcements of ready-to-run locomotives and stock. Only Heljan had thus far revealed its intentions, in the shape of a BR/Brush Class 31 diesel electric.
Now enter Hornby, which has not only revealed an impressive array of locomotives, but also a vast number of coaches and wagons, plus buildings, sectional track and scenic accessories, to be introduced over a series of phases. Several train sets are also planned, providing a one-stop entry point into this new scale.
