A GROUP of sporting novices have taken on a variety of challenges along the Great Glen Way to raise money for children’s charity Kidasha, which supports some of the most vulnerable children in Nepal.
The team members chose to either walk or canoe the 73- mile length of the Great Glen Way or cycle the daunting 516 miles of the North Coast 500 route. Hailing from across Scotland and the rest of the UK, the participants are all supporters of Kidasha’s work.
The participants tackled the challenges against the backdrop of some of Scotland’s most breathtaking scenery. Luckily, the sun shone on the group as they battled blisters and braved hills during their way round the course. So far the group have raised an impressive £35,000 for Kidasha.
