Welcome to your FREE sample!

As the seasons start to change and events in the diary begin to shape up,
we present to you an amazing collection of cards and patterns for Mother’s Day (22nd March), including an incredible and traditional piece of work by Mary G. Kerr featuring two interchangeable toppers. So take your pick; the fi rst topper features a bird coloured and blended with dry pencils, the second topper a delicate white worked fl ower with an appropriate message for that special lady. It’s also a project that will require some serious time, so there's no need to rush and although I shouldn’t have favourites, it is my favourite piece inside this edition. The main cover card is a modern and contemporary piece of work by Lesley Shore, again it’s suitable for Mother’s Day, and of course there are a whole host of bonus patterns themed for the day too.

Also inside we’ve also got cards for men, projects for Easter, a design for those celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, plus many more. We’ve got you covered.

Of course, no issue would be complete without the Talent Spotters page, where this month we present new designer Saima Ashgar. We introduced her to the magazine on our Reader Projects page in January/February and this month she returns with an exclusive Mother’s Day themed card (page 28) including all of the traditional techniques that I know you love.
