Zen’s winning streak in this award continues for an unprecedented 22nd year. To put that into context, when Zen first won this award, Tony Blair was still only midway through his premiership, Jonny Wilkinson was winning the World Cup for England, and the first iPhone was still four years away.
As much as we’d love to see how some of the smaller “altnets” fared against the undisputed champion, we simply didn’t get enough responses from any of them to make their results statistically sound. Consequently, Zen – by no means a corporate behemoth itself – continues to overshadow the bigger players in the industry, none of which even scored highly enough to merit a highly commended award.
