COLOUR FRINGING
There’s not much colour fringing to be seen
As with distortion, colour fringing is of a low order with all of the lenses on test. Our test results concentrate on lateral chromatic aberration towards the extreme edges and corners of the image frame, where it’s at it worst. Even so, the figures are all impressive. Again, as with distortion, automatic correction is available for all of these Sigma lenses as well as for the Canons, in-camera and when processing Raw files with Canon Digital Photo Professional.
