DISTORTION
There’s nothing to worry about when it comes to distortion from these lenses
All of the lenses in this group keep distortions down to pretty low levels. As you’d expect, the ultra-wide-angle zooms give the most barrel distortion at their shortest focal lengths. While the Sigma 14-24mm might look poor in close-range lab-tests, real-world performance is an entirely different story and distortion is remarkably minimal. Either way, in-camera correction is available in all current and recent Canon DSLRs, and it works with all of the Sigma lenses on test as well as for all the own-brand Canon lenses.
