IDEA 2: Blue cheese, mushroom and spinach pasta
HOW? Saute some sliced mushrooms, garlic and spinach briefly in a lightly oiled frying pan before adding the cubed cheese along with some non-dairy cream. Heat through and toss with cooked pasta and some fresh parsley for a quick and easy supper.
