Tomato, Red Pepper and Flax Pizza

Serves: 2-4
For the crust:
• 1 red pepper, deseeded and roughly chopped
• 100g (⅔ cup) flaxseed
• 45g (⅓ cup) pumpkin seeds
• 55g (⅓ cup) hemp seeds
• 1 clove garlic, peeled
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
• Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
For the sauce:
• 4 large, ripe tomatoes, sliced
• Fresh basil, a small handful, leaves only
• 3 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
• Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
For the topping, choose from:
• Ripe tomatoes, sliced
• Black or green olives
