After months spent cocooned in our homes, it’s no surprise that many of us are feeling anxious as we re-enter a crowded, busy world. For people who experience agoraphobia, however, feelings like these define daily life, and go much further than anxiety. This month, Dr Radha Modgil –a GP – and experts from the Mental Health Foundation shine a light on agoraphobia, to offer reassurance, shed light on causes and symptoms, and share tips on living with the condition.
