The arrival of Copacetic is truly exciting for fans of all things automotive – this is a publication of a type that has never existed before: a modified car magazine that spans all genres, ages and demographics.
Copacetic is beautifully designed and intelligently written; content is all-encompassing, with feature cars grouped among three core pillars:
- Profiling: Unique enthusiast creations. Project cars built by dreamers who want to create something bespoke, focusing on style, performance or both, in a way that moves the scene forward.
- Projecting: Manufacturers gone wild. Offbeat in-house creations from OEMs, be they concept cars, low-volume specials, custom commissions, race cars or skunkworks projects.
- Procreating: Premium artisanal reinvention. The choicest high-end restomods from this increasingly growing and popular sector.
The beautiful photography and striking design will draw you in, while the thoughtful, intelligent and friendly writing style will ensure that readers of all ages and demographics will feel welcomed into the Copacetic family.

Copacetic

Issue 6 What can you expect to find in Issue 6? We’ve got an exciting theme: we’ve dusted off the crystal ball and we’re looking into the future. Alex Grant provides a deep dive into the future of modifying, including alternative fuels, EVs and shifting legislation, while Richard Porter ponders the future of the enthusiast scene. This forward-looking vibe is colourfully illustrated with a feature by Stephen Dobie on the Peugeot Polygon, a concept that channels the spirit of the 205 GTI. In addition to all that, we’ve got some absolutely outstanding feature cars in this issue, starting with Ruffian Cars’ latest build, a 1935 Plymouth on a Corvette race chassis with a stroked Viper V10. We have an exclusive feature on the Pocket Bunny (a Suzuki Twin with a Rocket Bunny kit to make it look like a tiny cartoon R32 GT-R, it’s super cute), along with Ken Block’s swansong, the S1 Hoonitron. There’s a bit of a race car theme too – we have an ex-BTCC Mondeo with a Cosworth YB in it, a super-wide V8-powered Austin A30, a BMW M140i built for the ’Ring, and Forge Motorsport’s GR Corolla – plus we drive a Ferrari F430 Challenge racer on the street. The weirdness intensifies with a Volvo hot rod and a Rolls-Royce from the future (well, actually from the past… you’ll see), Skoda’s one-off sleeper Superb, and the box-fresh Bertone Runabout. We also have a show report from Tokyo Auto Salon, and a whole bunch of other stuff. How can you resist…?
