In April 2018, I sat on a 12-seater plane and flew over crystal clear waters to land on an island which made me half expect a T-Rex’s head to arise from the rainforest canopy.
I landed on the smallest of the Comoros Islands, the heart of nature: Moheli. Since then, I have discovered an unexpected vegan paradise.
