HOW SHAWN LEE CREATED BULLY’S HAUNTINGLY INFECTIOUS THEME MUSIC
■ Despite being so memorable, Bully’s theme wasn’t made in a traditional way. “That was in the first batch of tracks,” Shawn tells us. “I said, ‘Look, I’m not going to sit down and try to write the main theme. It’s a fool’s game. It’s going to kick you in the face.’ In the process of making music, I felt like the main theme would make itself known. You need something that’s catchy that people will remember.”
