Immune Boosting Tropical Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS
• 340g (12oz) coconut yoghurt
• 1 banana
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ½ tsp coconut oil
For toppings
• 1 kiwi, diced
• ½ mango, diced
• 1½ tbsp goji berries
• 1 tbsp coconut flakes
• 1½ tsp chia seeds
• 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
• 2 tbsp raw nuts, chopped (cashews,
hazelnuts, almonds)
METHOD
1 Add yoghurt, banana, first measure of chia seeds and coconut oil to a blender and blend until smooth.
2 Pour into two serving bowls. Add all the topping ingredients, arranging as you like.

Quick tips• If you don’t have fresh berries, frozen will work. Cook them longer as they retain more water.
