Nicholas Fitton
1949-2025
Nicholas Vernon Fitton passed away on February 25 at his new home in Cotford St Luke, Somerset.
Nick grew up in Staffordshire, the son of a GP with a passion for angling. It was his father that taught him to fly-fish for trout on northern rivers such as the Eden and Eamont, and for salmon in Scotland. Nick became a fanatical angler in his teens and spent every opportunity on the bank either fishing or observing trout.
