FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Make cauliflower mash
For a fortified twist on traditional mash, mix cauliflower in with potato. Cook equal amounts of the two vegetables until tender. Drain, then return to the pan and mash until almost smooth. Add flavourings, such as butter, low-fat milk, non-dairy milk and seasoning. Sprinkle cheese on top (parmesan works well) and finish off under the grill.
