The following HIIT session from 30 Day Breakaway takes just 21 to 34 minutes. “You’ll feel it from head to toe,” says Idalis
WORKOUT
Do the following exercises as a circuit, performing each move for 40 seconds, and resting for 20 seconds between them. Do as many quality reps as you can during each work period. When you complete the circuit, rest for one minute, then do it again. Do three to five rounds total.
1. Goblet kickstand squat
2. Pushups to plank row
3. Lunge to overhead press
4. Single leg deadlift
5. Mountain climber
6. Burpee with bicep curl
