We spoke to small underwear brand Runderwear to find out how they designed – and how they keep improving – some of the best running bras on the market

It feels like we’ve been fans of Runderwear since forever, so it was a bit of a surprise to realise that the company is pretty new, and that its now-iconic bras – to which we are firmly attached – only launched three years ago.
What’s more, its Easy-On bra was first released in 2020, just a year or so ago. How wonderful that both the Easy-On and the Original have quickly become such crucial parts of our running wardrobe.
Sports bra development and design is something we have a vested interest in: not only is it the question you ask us most about but, second only to running shoes, it’s also the bit of kit we spend the most time researching. Believe us when we say that we understand the crushing disappointment of an ill-fitting, unsupportive or badly designed bra.
