Running mates
Because we run better together
This month, you share your views about hiring a coach, explain why running can help with the menopause and tell us how you completed a marathon after a cancer diagnosis
Would you invest in a running coach?
1 @JulieJones411 Yes, I would, if it meant helping to minimise injuries so that I could do more running.
2 @ultra_sophie Hiring a coach means having a training plan and being accountable to someone else to get my training done. This makes me find precious time for myself and not let it go – which is so easy to do as a mum.
3 @lthomasminns Yes, I’ve had a running coach since August 2020 and I am loving having the expertise, support and guidance.
4 @rachmiddleton_
was_allen I would love to but just can’t justify the cost.

sometimes Investing in my coach (and myself) has been the best decision I ever made. Having planned sessions helps me reach my goals and keeps me focused.
