What do you normally eat?
My diet is balanced, colourful and varied. I ensure that each meal contains protein, carbohydrates, Sarah, a personal trainer and nutrition fats and vegetables, as opposed to coach from London, specialises in following a restrictive diet. I ensure pre-and post-natal wellbeing I eat wholefoods such as eggs, meat, fish, wholegrains, fruits and vegetables. I love a piece of Dairy Milk here and there, and also a glass of champagne or gin and tonic at weekends.
