I often think it’s my job to be the relentlessly cheerful, slightly irritating Duracell Bunny of the running world. Here to pump you full of enthusiasm for running, whether this is the first time you’ve picked up the magazine or you’re one of our loyal band of followers.
But actually, I think sometimes it’s also my job to be truthful. This is our November issue, and we’re on the cusp of winter, which can be tough for many of us. Very often, staring down the barrel of December is like diving nose-first into sub-zero temperatures not knowing when and where you’re going to surface.
