Q What are the best presents for my running buddies?
A Good-quality running socks are quite a treat and always go down well with keen runners. Try Balega, Stance, Monkey Sox and Zouma for great features and designs. Runderwear makes excellent running undies as well as socks. For stocking fillers, have a look for energy gels or sweets. GU makes a plethora of interesting flavours and Clif Bloks are so yummy you might eat them before they’re wrapped up. Goodr make excellent running sunglasses and, although the sun might not be out much at the moment, the colourful and lightweight designs will definitely make your runner smile. How about, for the ultimate running gift, buying them a race-entry voucher?
