Edited by Karen Barnes, delicious monthly magazine celebrates food and eating, offering seasonally focused recipes and features on the people who grow, produce, cook and serve the best food. There are also drink-related features and articles on the latest kitchen accessories, cookery books, etc. delicious includes contributions from some of the UK’s best food writers and chefs, but Karen accepts pitches for features from freelance food writers who understand the magazine and its readership of informed foodies.
