When did you first become interested in fitness and wellness?
My father was a professional polo player so we’re a very sporty family. I always played a lot of baseball, ice hockey, tennis, golf and soccer — that’s all I did as a kid. Academically, I wasn’t always that focused but when it came to sports, I certainly was! So, for me training is always something I’ve enjoyed doing and when I’m not playing polo I’m training whether it’s hiking or biking or swimming. I love to surf, things that get my mind off the sport, off my job, but at the same time keep me fit.
What is a typical day of training like for you?
