Listening to your new album is such a brilliant, immersive and melodic experience — how would you say Take Flight differs to your previous LP? Oh, thank you. I’m glad you like it. Take Flight has a lot less guests on it than Comfort. My debut album was partly to show that I don’t just make house music. With the second album, I have been able to refine things. In lots of ways Take Flight is subtler, and because it’s a double album I’ve been able to create more of a world of light and shade. I like playing with sound scapes and there’s more of that evident on this album.
