Actress-turned-foodie Nicola Millbank, aka Milly, on her daily menu – nutritionist Jenna Hope gives her verdict

I’m a massive fan of eggs, and I love them baked Greek-style for breakfast – lots of tomatoes, peppers, olives, plus a bit of feta cheese. I’ll wash it down with an apple, carrot, orange and ginger juice to get some fruit.

Jenna says Eggs for breakfast are a great source of protein, and help stabilise blood sugar. They also contain vitamin D, hard to get from food – along with calcium in the feta, it’s essential for bone health, and research suggests may improve mood. Nicola gets some of her five-a-day with the juice, too.
