FIRST WORD
Time to find a work-life balance
NO
Says life coach speaker and entrepreneur Tomas Svitorka, tomassvitorka.com
My ethos is: “OK is not enough”, don’t settle for average, whether that’s your life, your relationship or your work. As with anything, you can only stretch the rubber band so far before it breaks. You need to be intentional with your downtime to get the best out of it.
‘Most people use downtime to scan through Instagram or watch TV, when what would really energise them would be a workout at the gym or sitting and talking with their partner. If you aren’t strategic, you won’t be properly rested.
