Beth offers her insights into a few of Breathe’s fictional dream scenarios
‘I’m standing at the foot of a hill and a herd of white horses is running down the hill towards me. The hill is peaceful and majestic, the white horses feel familiar, magical and powerful, but thrilling and a bit dangerous.’
Beth says: ‘There’s a wildness about horses, and this wild, magical power feels familiar… I’d ask where in your life do you feel this way – a sense of powerful, wild freedom and potential, which also feels a bit scary? Also, what would it feel like to be part of a powerful, wild herd?’
