To pop corn over medium heat, heat 1 tsp olive oil in a small saucepan. Add 15g popcorn kernels, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until all the kernels pop. Tip into a bowl. Set aside to cool. Stir in 30g (2 tbsp) whole almonds, 50g (1/4 cup) raisins and 25g (3/4 cup) puffed wheat or rice or gluten-free puffed rice or quinoa. Store in an airtight container. SERVES 6.
