WHAT IT’S LIKE White Pepper Chef Academy and Cookery School is a collection of rustic farm buildings nestled in the Dorset countryside not far from the south coast resort towns of Poole and Bournemouth. Poole’s affluent Sandbanks neighbourhood is nearby, which could quite possibly be my ideal place to spend a weekend.
