Swapping to vegan products can be daunting, so we have put together some easy swaps to introduce you to a vegan diet

Plant Milk

Alpro Oat Unsweetened £1.50

Oat-based milk is a great swap to use on cereal as the flavour is not too overpowering or dissimilar from dairy milk.

This choice is best for making tea, most people can’t even tell the diff erence. Oat milk is also naturally sweet so will also minimize the need for added sugar.
