Where are your adductors?
The adductors are on the inner side of your legs and are made up of three muscles – magnus, brevis and longus – with magnus being the largest, most powerful and complex of the three. It attaches between the base of the hip bones and fans across the femur and down to its base. Due to where it connects, this muscle can affect a lot of movements that are linked to running, including flexing it, extending it, rotating the hip and, of course, adducting the leg.
