ESTHER
As the editor of Women’s Running, I feel like a bit of a traitor by confessing my chequered history with sport. I should be a proper athlete, right? But I’m not. I was one of those girls who hated PE, I felt uncomfortable in my body, and wasn’t fast or good at any sport aside from swimming.
