TOUR OF TAMESIDE
A four-day festival of running in Tameside, Greater Manchester, with a mix of running routes and terrains that will challenge runners physically and mentally. LONE WOLF
A 7K loop off-road race around the Dartington Estate in Devon and designed to suit all runners from beginner to elite ultra. Runners have one hour to complete the 7K course and then, if they want to continue, they have whatever time remains of the hour to rest. They then set off again to complete the course a second time… then a third… and every hour until only the Lone Wolf runner remains.
