I started at 57, now 70. Did my first of three marathons at 65, done numerous 10Ks and half marathons. Although I’m slowing down, I still do weekly parkrun in 28-29 minutes. I’ve won several age category prizes and trophies. I’d no idea I had this in me. I joined a wonderful community and have made lots of friends. Running literally changed my life.
