O ur cover feature hopefully gives you plenty of reasons to install System76’s Pop!_OS on your laptop, but it’s a fantastic choice for your desktop, too. Plus there’s slightly more chance your desktop has an optical drive so you can fire up the DVD without delay and see exactly what you mean. If you want all the stability and support of Ubuntu (sans the Snap packages), but with a stylishly different take on the Gnome desktop and featuring so many little tweaks and thought-out conveniences as would be hopeless to attempt to list here, then you should check out Pop!_OS.
