Apple’s Calendar app is fine for managing your day-to-day appointments, but it’s no great shakes. Swap it out for the (similarly named) Calendars from Readdle, though, and you’ll have a more modern way to keep track of everything.
Calendars boasts a plethora of power tools, from natural language entry to integrated reminders. It syncs across Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, works with popular videocalling apps like Zoom and Google Meet, and lets you create new events with Siri. Got events that you frequently add to your calendar? Calendars lets you save time by with its Shortcuts feature. These work like templates that are stored in the sidebar and can be assigned quickly and easily whenever you need them.
