Training Load
The brand–new Training Load tool is designed to help athletes achieve their goals by showing even more information. It gives feedback on how the intensity of your exercise and workouts impacts your body, taking your age and other data into consideration, and shows you how the last seven days compare to the previous 28. This info then enables you to tweak your regime accordingly, for example to increase the intensity when you’re training for a big event or to take things a bit easier if you’re pushing your body a little too hard.
