Today is the launch of the new Rail Moonshine Experience, organised by The Miners Arms in an attempt to increase custom in these cash‐strapped times. For a small donation, you’ll be able to sample various high‐proof spirits and watch them being produced from the comfort of the brake van veranda. This is possibly illegal, even in the land of the inch‐high people, but hosting the experience on a moving train will make it tricky for the authorities to track them down.
