In the land of the inch-high people, we’re on the eve of a national strike. Hubert the horse refuses to budge, despite Shamus’ pleading. The narrow gauge tourist train has halted, and farm worker Terry has blocked the line, just in case the loco crew are enticed by the offer of free beer from the pub; there’ll be no blacklegging on his watch. The fishing fleet is hanging up its nets, now that the fish gutters have withdrawn their labour. Power to the (little) people!
