Greater Manchester comes to Oxford! Carrying a livery not seen since the early 1990s, Locomotive Services Ltd’s 142003 bounces through the university city on its way home from Eastleigh to Crewe on July 18. The GMPTE orange/brown unit is one of the few remaining main line‐registered ‘Pacers’.
