If the Pixel 10 Pro on the previous pages is too pricey, the regular Pixel 10 offers several of the same signature features for a lower price, including magnetic charging and a 5x zoom camera. It also comes in a more fun selection of colours, namely Indigo, Frost and Lemongrass, as well as the sombre Obsidian.
Its design is all but identical to this year’s Pixel 10 Pro, to the extent that you can use the same case for either phone. The biggest difference from last year’s Pixel 9 is that there are now internal magnets at the back, but these don’t have any discernible impact on the phone’s thickness or weight. You can’t see the magnets, but you can feel them. Google has made its “Pixelsnap” feature – its variant on MagSafe – with very strong magnets, and the phone holds fast to the various Pixelsnap accessories even if you shake it around.
