Baking tortillas at home is quick and easy way to make an alternative to fried tortilla chips. In this recipe, the spicy coating on the chips is mellowed out by the guacamole.
For the tortilla chips:
• ¼ tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
• 6 small tortilla wraps, each cut into 8 tortilla chips
• 1 tsp oil
For the guacamole:
• 2 avocados
• 1 red onion, finely diced
• 1 tsp garlic granules
• 1 large tomato, de-seeded and diced
• 1 lime, juice only
• 1 handful coriander, chopped
